• On the Orders grid, admin can view all the orders.
• New orders which are waiting to be processed are in Pending and Paid status.
  • Pending: Orders have not been paid.
  • Paid: Orders have been paid and wait for being processed.
  • Pending Payment: Order is paid using online payment method but not paid successfully (wrong card information, payment review ...)
• Click on View button under the Action column to view and process the order.

 The order status will change to Delivery to Vietnam.

Note: After Confirm Delivery To Vietnam, product qty will be decrease by the number of items in order and a shipment is created. Only salable qty is decrease after order is placed by customer.

5. Delivery to customer

 After synchronizing order, Boxme system will auto-update shipping status to Magento system. Once the order is ready to be shipped to customers, the order status will be Delivery to Customer.
