1. Check new order
On the admin sidebar, click on Sales > Orders. Go to Orders page.
View orders
- On the Orders grid, admin can view all the orders.
- New orders which are waiting to be processed are in Pending and Paid status.
- Pending: Orders have not been paid.
- Paid: Orders have been paid and wait for being processed.
- Pending Payment: Order is paid using online payment method but not paid successfully (wrong card information, payment review ...)
- Click on View button under the Action column to view and process the order.
Search orders
To search for the orders, on the toolbar, click on Filter. Then on the filter section, enter the necessary information, click on Apply Filters to find the orders.
2 . Confirm paid
With unpaid orders, on the order detail page, there is Confirm Paid button at the top right corner.
After payment verification, click on Confirm Paid button to create an invoice for the order.
Click OK on the pop-up to confirm.
Go to New Invoice page, after checking all the information, click on Submit Invoice button at the page bottom.
The order is confirmed as being paid, then admin can view the success message.
3. Process orders
After the order is paid, on the order detail page, process the order.
- Process: click to confirm that order is in progress.
- Export & Process: click to export the order xlsl file and process the order.
Then the order status will change to Processing.
4. Delivery items to Vietnam
When the order items are available, on the back-end, admin can confirm when starting to deliver items to Vietnam.
On the order page, click on Print Shipping Label to print the shipping slipt.
When starting to deliver items to Vietnam, click on Confirm Delivery to Vietnam button. Then the order will be automatically synchronized to Boxme Shipping system.
If the order synchronization is failed, admin can send the order manually to Boxme system by clicking on Create Boxme Order button.
The order status will change to Delivery to Vietnam.
Note: After Confirm Delivery To Vietnam, product qty will be decrease by the number of items in order and a shipment is created. Only salable qty is decrease after order is placed by customer.
5. Delivery to customer
After synchronizing order, Boxme system will auto-update shipping status to Magento system. Once the order is ready to be shipped to customers, the order status will be Delivery to Customer.
If the order automatic update is failed, admin can confirm the item delivery to customer manually by clicking on Confirm Delivery to Customer.
6. Order completed
After completing orders, Boxme system will respond to Magento with the update. Once the order is delivered to customers successfully, the order status will be auto updated to Complete.
If the automatic update is failed, admin can confirm the delivery manually by clicking on Confirm Delivery button.
