Configuration
Login to the Zoho account
You must have an existing Zoho account to use this extension. If you don't have a Zoho account, you can create one by go to: First, you have to create a Zoho account by going to https://www.zoho.com/crm/ and click on
LOGIN.
Click on Sign Up Nowon the Create Account button to register a new account.
Give your details and you will get the Zoho account
After verify your account via email, access your account in Zoho CRM to get the Auth token.
Configuration
Go to https://accounts.zoho.com/developerconsole to get your Zoho API credentials. (Client ID and Client Secret)
Log in to back end Magento 2: In Magento 2 backend, go to Zoho CRM Integration > Configuration . In order to config Zoho CRM Integration successfully, admins need to fill out three tabs below: Setup, Synchronization Settings, Synchronize:
Setup
First of all, please fill the email and password of Zoho CRM account in the form as below. Then remember to Save Config before go to Get Auth Token. The system will automatically take the latest Auth token from your Zoho CRM account. After that, the integration between Magento 2 store and your Zoho CRM account is established. Admin can also decide whether to have a report for synchronization in Save Report field.
- Email: Enter your email of Zoho account
- Password: Enter your password of Zoho account

Fill in the Client ID and Client Secret obtained from Zoho.
Choose your Zoho CRM URL Endpoint: .com or .eu
Remember to turn off your Admin Key before getting an access token. You can turn on this Admin Key later after connecting Magento 2 to Zoho CRM successfully.
Go to Stores > Configuration > Advanced > Admin, choose No in Add Secret Key to URLs.
Click Save Configuration then Get Access Token in Zoho CRM Configuration.
You will be redirected to Zoho, in here Zoho will require to access your information. Click Accept
Synchronization Settings
This extension allows you to synchronize the existing data as well as a new one from Magento 2 store to your Zoho CRM account, including, including Account, Campaign, Contact, Lead, Order, Invoice, Product, Subscriber. Admin can choose whether to synchronize an item. Admin can also choose the way an item can be synchronized. The data can be transferred from Magento 2 store to Zoho CRM account by manually or automatically.
We highly recommend that you should synchronize the existing data from Magento 2 store to Zoho CRM account only one time.
Synchronize
Admin can choose Sync All Data Now button instead of synchronizing each item. Remember that you have to take the exact edition for your Zoho CRM account before synchronizing data.
You can enable synchronization for each data, as well as synchronization mode (Manual mode and Cron Job mode).
For manual mode, you have to go to Queue Page to sync data.
For cron job mode, data will be synced automatically every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or at 3 a.m daily.
You can add all data to queue for later processing by clicking on Sync All Data Now button.

Field Mapping
In order to synchronize data fields from the Magento 2 store to your Zoho CRM account correctly, you need to create the mapping for these fields first.
Go to ZohoCRM Config/ Zoho CRM Integration > Field Mapping
The module enables a grid table to manage mapping fields between Magento 2 and Zoho CRM. You can get a search filter, change status and edit mapping fields.
You can choose which data fields you want to sync from Magento 2 to Zoho CRM account.
In Manage Mapping page, click on Add New Mapping button to create a new mapping field:
- Type: select data type: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, SalesOrders, Invoices, Products, Campaigns.
- Description: describe data information
- Magento field: select Magento data field from dropdown list which you want to synchronize.
- Zoho field: select Zoho field from dropdown list which you want to store data in.
- Status: select Enabled/Disabled
Process Synchronization
If the synchronization is Cron Job, Queue page is the place which the created, updated data is stored in and are waiting to be synced. In Queue page, admin can cancel synchronization any data by removing them from Queue page. Admin can also use Sync Now button to synchronize all data in Queue page immediately.
You can choose the type of data to set the field mapping (Accounts, Contacts, Campaigns, Leads, Products, Sales Orders, Invoices)
The Magento fields and Zoho CRM fields will display in a drop-down list. Choose the status Enabled to enable the field, then Save Mapping
Manual Queue Adding
You can add data to the queue manually in the Customer, Product, Order, and Invoice grid table.
You can also add data in the Queue grid table using Add [data type] button.
Synchronization Process
Data will be added to the queue for processing. In the data queue, click on the Sync All button to synchronize all data in the queue to Zoho CRM, or use the Sync [data type] button to synchronize each data.
*NOTE: Synchronizing will take Note that synchronizing will take some time, the length of time depends on the size of the database.
Synchronization History/Report

When the process is done, you can go to Zoho CRM Integration > View Report to check what is synced in the gridtrack the synchronized data.
