1. Access Magento Menu, Configure and Create New Magento Instance
2. Add parameters in instance form including Name, Magento URL, Access token, Prefix for Sale Order
3. Fetch Attribute Set ( If wanna Synchronize Product)

2. Documentation
1. Magento Configuration
Once the module is installed, go to Magento Menu then create New Magento Record
Next, enter Name, Version, Magento URL, Magento Access Token, and Company Prefix Sale Oder
Note:
This module has not supported Multi-Magento yet
If there are any changes of Attribute Set on Magento, by clicking Fetch there will be an update on Odoo.
2. Create Odoo Product and Sync on Magento
On the Sales Menu, click Products/ Products
For Product Type, there are 9 options (Consumable, Service, Storable Product, Magento Simple, Magento Virtual, Magento Downloadable, Magento Configurable, Magento Downloadable, Magento Grouped, Magento Bundle)
To sync products to Magento, tick Sync Magento. Users can update Image, Short description( in Sales Page), Price, Magento Attribute Set, and Extra Image ( In eCommerce Page)
3. Sync Locations to Sources on Magento
Go to the Settings, click General Settings, go to Inventory to set up management location.
On Warehouse Menu, click Location then Create
Go to Inventory/Configuration/Locations
Parent Location= WH/Stock
Location Type: There are 8 options (Vendor Location, View, Internal Location, Customer Location, Inventory Loss, Procurement, Production, Transit Location)
If users tick on the Magento Source field, data will be synchronized from Odoo locations to Magento sources. If not, this function will be disabled.
Data sync to Magento: Contact Owner, Post Code, Country, Name.
4. Update Quantity Product To Source on Magento 2
Chose product on menu Sales/Products/Products, click Update Qty on Hand
Note:
Products must be Sync Magento = True
Choose location need update quantity
Note: location must sync on Magento
Click Start Inventory
Type qty need to update
Click Validate Inventory, qty product on location and source Magento is updated
5. Transfer product between locations
Go to Menu Inventory/Operations/Transfers
Operation type: Your Company, Internal transfer
Note: Product must be sync on Magento
Field Initial Demand: qty product transfer
Click Mark as Todo, click Check Availability
Click below button to type actual qty receive product
Type receive product on this pop-up
Click Validate
If the actual qty product < initial product system generate form
Create a backorder if you expect to process the remaining products later. Do not create a backorder if you will not process the remaining products.
6. Validate Shipment Odoo to Magento 2
When create Sale Order when Magento auto-create sales order with a shipment draft on Odoo.
Click after icon to view information shipment order
Click below icon to type actual qty product shipment
When click validate button system will create shipments on Magento
