Then, click on menu bar, select My account, click on My orders in left menu. You will see status of orders . There are 6 kinds of status: Pending, Canceled, Processing, On hold, Closed, Complete.
Pending: product orders are not paid.
Canceled: Orders are canceled from database.
Processing: Orders are in paid status but they are not shipped.
On hold: Admins need more information from you before we can process your purchase. Admins must set manual for this status.
Closed: Admins have refunded customers the price of product orders.

Complete: Orders have finished, products are shipped.
Orders will be able to print with any status at My Orders tab. However, if you would like to print invoices, please click on View.
