There are some CMS page that admin can edit such as Privacy Page, Membership Information Page, Store Policy page, etc.
On the admin sidebar, go to Content > Pages.
Go to Pages list, find the page need editing, then under Action column, click on Select > Edit.
Go to the Page Detail page, on the content box, click on Show / Hide Editor button to revert the content into code. Then edit directly on the code to preserve the designed layout of the block.
Edit text and do not modify the html tags.
After finish, click on Save button to save the change.
